River City Express Network National Board of Directors Nomination

Congratulations to Karen Higgins! Karen is a candidate for the American Business Women’s Association’s National Board of Directors. Karen will compete for the District IV Vice President.  District IV covers Maine to North Carolina. She has just returned from the District IV Spring Conference held in Hershey, PA. She was recognized as an official candidate and presented her first campaign speech to the members of the district. The election will take place at the ABWA National Women’s Leadership Conference held in Anaheim, CA in September.

Karen is a Vice President, Investments Financial Advisor with Wachovia Securities, Inc. She is the immediate Past President of RCEN and is currently the Chair for the ABWA Richmond Area Council.
