River City Express Network (RCEN) received the American Business Women’s Association’s (ABWA) 2006 national newsletter award at the ABWA National Women’s Leadership Conference in Anaheim, CA.
ABWA chapters and Express Networks can enter their newsletters in competition at any of the association’s regional spring conferences. Newsletter submissions are judged by non-ABWA members, with five award winners selected per conference.
Those who earn newsletter awards at spring conferences are eligible to enter their newsletters at ABWA’s national conference, where non-member judges select five national award winners.
Newsletters are judged on appearance and content. River City Express Network’s newsletter, River City Record, also won national awards in 2002, 2004 and 2005.
